Do I need the WhatsApp Cloud API to start?
No. On the free plan you send confirmation messages from your regular WhatsApp via prefilled links (wa.me): the message opens prefilled, you send it and update the status. Automatic sending via Meta Cloud API is optional and comes on the Pro plan.
Do you integrate directly with couriers?
Today you import and export via CSV and reconcile each courier in a unified dashboard. Direct courier integrations are rolling out progressively.
Do I need to be technical to use it?

Is my data protected?
Each store is isolated at the database level (Row-Level Security). No store can see another's data, even by changing the URL.
