1. Data we collect

Account data: email and store name.

Imported order data: customer names, phone numbers, cities, amounts and products.

Technical usage data: device/browser type and basic access logs.

2. How we use data

To run the platform: order confirmation, reconciliation, and analytics.

To improve the service and provide support.

We never sell your data or your customers' data.

3. Data sharing

We share limited data only with the providers needed to operate: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and messaging (WhatsApp/Meta when enabled).

We may disclose data if required by Moroccan law.

4. Your customers' data

You are the controller of your customers' data; we process it on your behalf only to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining their consent where required.

5. Security and isolation

Each store is isolated at the database level (Row-Level Security), so no store can see another store's data.

Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS and secrets are stored securely. Keep your credentials confidential.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

7. Your rights

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of any material changes.
